Here we are our forth year at Oink, hard to believe!
And no Lunchmeat, which is weird, very weird. We get set up no problem and dig right in to prep. Great to see our peeps make it out! We had a great feel about the cook but we miss calls in ribs and chicken :-(. then 3rd pork and FIRST in brisket, our second win this year unbelievable, 5th overall in a very tuff crowd! Josh scores a first side dish with the world famous Sweet potato fries!
We are also cooking the outdoor contest. We really love this contest because we get to really turn it on. We grab a third in chicken wings, 1st in side dish and third over all, not to mention a 5th in chili. Great comp even in the rain...
