Looking forward to this event, grilling plus KCBS...
Weather looks good, and maybe a bit hot, but I am not going to complain about that this season. We start of with the grilling and we are excited to do the pizza category. We hit our stride and low and behold first place pizza! See the pictures below, It looked great. Over all we did OK, top third I think.
KCBS cook goes well and we start a new chicken recipe, cornish gam hens, can't do any worse than the thighs. Well it worked 8th place chicken and 10th in pork, leaves us 9th overall pretty good in a tuff field of 60. Ribs still not there... Congrats to Mike and Eric for taking it down!
