 Alright LP here we come... We love Lake Placid! Great venue and have to love Dmitry! Our cook starts with the grilling comp, chicken and beef. We came up a little short here, we entered our wings for the chicken and it didn't come out so well. We end up right in the middle of the pack. Oh well... Now time for the KCBS, at let me tell you the weather is bad! Rain and wind, surprize... The cook goes well. At the awards (where they only call 6 places) we were shut out until the very last call! Yep Good Smoke BBQ brisket champs! We couldn't be happier! over all not great as the chicken and ribs let us down. Till Troy...                  |
