Oh yeah back to Oink. The judges usually like our food here and they do again! We are crowned Empire state barbecue championship series grand champion! An unbelievable year for Good Smoke BBQ! BBQ 9th chicken 6th ribs 3rd pork 15th Brisket 4th overall!!
Harvard Fall Festival 2011, Harvard MA
We are back to HArvard! Judges think we should stay away, not a good contest for good smoke. But our weekend ends great being crowned NEBS team of the year in chicken, ribs and overall!!! Can’t believe we did it… grilling 6th chicken wings 9th sausage > 10 shrimp > 10 dessert > 10 overall

Back to one of favorites! Grilling > 10 pizza (lost sheet) 2nd pork loin > 10 Beef steak (Same old story) 9th apple dessert 3rd overall!! Not bad with only two calls! BBQ 20th chicken 9th ribs 7th pork 25th brisket 9th overall Not a great day, but we will take it!

Back to brockport, nice to have so many comps close now!! Really like the new venue… We let Jon cook some ribs for the unsanctioned event and he winds up winning!! We take a quick shot out to buffalo for this new comp. Great prize money but in ma parking lot… 1st place chicken!! 4th ribs 5th pork 7th brisket 3rd overall!!
I Love BBQ Festival 2011, Lake Placid NY
We decide to run up to LP at the last minute, love this place! 8th place chicken 1st place ribs!!!! 22nd place pork –> cost us the win 5th place brisket 3rd overall!! Great showing
Harpoon Championships of New England 2011, Windsor VT
