2011 has been the year of our dreams!! We managed two KCBS Grand Championships (Our first two), one at Wilson NY and one at Brockport. They really love our food in NY as we finish in the top ten in every NY event we competed in this year (1,1,3,3,4,8,9). This allowed us to bring lady liberty home →

2010 has been our best year to date with a third place in the New England Barbecue Society team of the year, as well as taking second place overall in the Empire State Barbecue Championship Series (also the highest ranked team from NY). Back to our inaugural comp at the Oink. The weather is not to bad and we get rolling prepping the meats. Everything goes well and we get it all in in time. We decided to try this second year comp in Norwalk, CT. Great venue right on the water connected to a very large festival. We are competing in KCBS, NEBS and Chicken wing peoples choice.
